Problem: Verizon is mainly known for their cell service, but nobody knows they actually sell thousands of accessories. Verizon wanted to top of mind when it comes to shopping for accessories, but nobody thinks of them.
Solution: Have Verizon play into cancel/apology culture and issue an apology for not advertising their accessories and letting customers know they can buy all the necessary tech accessories right around the corner.
